CROSS-BORDER TRANSACTIONS IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW



On Monday, March 27, 2017, the participants of Private International Law course had experienced being the world-class students. Prof. Dr. jur Stefan Koos of Munich-based Bundeswehr University attended their class to deliver a topic on cross-border transactions and how they can establish conflict of laws. He discussed a few cases pertaining EU competition law as well. The class was attended by 38 students as they enthusiastically listened to the lecture.

The lecturer in-charge of Private International Law at BINUS University Ms. Nirmala gave a short introduction to the class and welcomed the guest lecturer. The lecture was one of lecture series given by Prof. Koos during his program of visiting professorship at Business Law Department of BINUS University. (***)
