On August 5th 2026, Kin Wah Chow, Principle and Foreign Lawyer at Surymurcito & Co provided a training for a selected group of 5th Semester BINUS Business Law students. In preparation, the students had formulated answers to screening questions that law firms may pose at interview sessions for candidates who are applying for internships or junior lawyer positions. Issues covered in he raining were international contracts, international arbitration, and intellectual property rights.
Students received valuable feedback on their answers and learned the skills they must acquire when dealing with foreign clients. Besides legal skills, communication and presentation skills are vital to becoming an internationally acknowledged lawyer. (***) .
