Dr. Paulus Aluk Fajar Dwi Santo is a legal academic with extensive expertise in corporate law, government procurement law, taxation law, and student development. His teaching and scholarly interests are particularly concerned with the legal complexities of corporate activities, public-sector procurement, regulatory compliance, and the relationship between business entities and governmental institutions. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Jember and subsequently earned his Master of Laws degree from Universitas Tarumanagara. He later completed his Doctorate in Law at Parahyangan Catholic University. Dr. Paulus Aluk Fajar Dwi Santo has developed substantial expertise in addressing legal issues arising within corporate and commercial practice. Several of his scholarly works examine the legal dimensions of government procurement of goods and services, including regulatory requirements, contractual accountability, administrative procedures, and the prevention of legal risks in public procurement. He also teaches taxation law, contributing to students’ understanding of the legal principles governing taxation, fiscal obligations, and the relationship between taxpayers and public authorities. He previously served as Deputy Head of the Undergraduate Law Program at BINUS University, where he contributed to academic administration, curriculum implementation, program development, and the coordination of teaching and learning activities. Throughout his long academic career, he has also been deeply involved in student affairs. He possesses extensive experience in assisting students facing academic, disciplinary, and personal challenges. For many years, he taught Character Building courses at BINUS University, through which he contributed to the development of students’ ethical awareness, personal responsibility, integrity, and social sensitivity. Through his teaching, institutional service, scholarly work, and sustained commitment to student mentoring, “Pak Paulus” continues to make a significant contribution to legal education and student development at BINUS University.
